Nationwide Delivery of Top Quality Dometic and Norcold Cooling Units
We ship our aftermarket Dometic or Norcold RV refrigerator replacement cooling units to any of the lower 48 U.S. states from our manufacturing facility in the beautiful foothills of the Ozark Mountains. Our facility is located in Damascus Arkansas, a small town in north central Arkansas. Our shop fronts Hwy 65, a major North/South scenic hwy off of I-40.

When you look at the transit time map, please understand these are transit times once your cooling unit ships. We strive to have a good selection of cooling units ready to go, however certain times of year are busier than others and there could be small wait times during our peak rv season.

SHIPPING: We ship throughout the contiguous 48 states, with the core returned to us using a prepaid shipping label that we provide.

Returning Used Cores to Ozark
Before shipping a core back to Ozark Cooling Units please remove all parts from the core, including the boiler tin and insulation, baffle, refrigerator fins, etc. (if it’s not welded on, take it off). Please be aware that Dometic factory cartons do not fall within UPS/FedEx standards, and cores shipped in them are subject to UPS/FedEx over-limit fees.
CORE CHARGES: We do not charge a core charge up front. If we require the core back we will send a prepaid return label to send the core back. Once we get your core back we will activate your warranty. See “LEAKING CORES” in the Sales Returns section.
Sales Returns
SALES RETURNS: Please contact Ozark Cooling Units prior to returning any cores for exchange or restock. Freight charges will not be refunded. Returned cooling units on canceled orders are subject to a 25% restock fee. Returned cores must be in “as new” condition for a refund.
AMMONIA SMELL OR LEAKING CORE RETURNS: If a core smells of ammonia or is leaking fluids, UPS/FedEx will refuse shipment or will drop it off en route. If you have a core that is leaking or smells of ammonia, please contact Ozark for suggestions for handling and packaging to enable UPS/FedEx shipment. Cores that leak will be dropped off in route.

Payment Details
ACCOUNTS: As a convenience to our customers we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover card payments. All other accounts are cash. If you schedule an install or pick up a cooling unit at our facility we gladly accept cash please.

A fee of $35 will be charged on any checks returned unpaid by your bank.
